🚚 Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship all over India?
Yes! We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India.
2. What courier services do you use?
We ship via trusted partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Ekart, Amazon, and Shadofex.
3. What is your shipping time?
Orders are processed within 1–2 days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
4. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a small shipping fee is applied at checkout.
5. What happens if my package is delayed?
Delays can occur due to courier or regional issues. You can always track your order or contact us if there’s an unusual delay.

We accept all major payment methods — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. COD is available across India. We may verify COD orders via call before dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for return/exchange eligibility.
2. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is borne by the customer. A flat fee of ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.
3. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).
